The Volunteer Screening Checklist is a summary/snapshot of the interview and includes space for the appointing Commissioner's approval of the applicant.
Required information: Each interview must be conducted by two fully screened/trained registered members of Scouts Canada, both of whom have completed "Volunteer Screening" training.
To successfully enter an interview in myscouts, you need to be able to locate the interviewers - so it's helpful for the interviewers to provide their (first and last) names as they appear in their myscouts profiles. Only eligible interviewers will appear in the search.
